The stone is POTUS and the Patriots who assist and protect him. MI and the Patriots have been gathering the information for years, but to take action on it they needed the Presidency. POTUS is the Keystone. The Presidency is the essential element in executing The Plan. The powers of the presidency make the intelligence provided by the NSA and MI actionable.
