Anon, I hear ya. 5:5 But you’ve got to understand your average Joe Blow American. Most everyone focuses only on things that immediately and intimately affect them. That’s going to work, putting groceries on the table, and the kids through school. If theyre lucky, they have a good relationship and don’t have to live paycheck to paycheck. Their version of patriotic is voting every 4 years and maybe flying the flag on certain holidays. They don’t give a rat’s ass what happens in Washington, D.C. Corrupt politicians? That’s a redundancy. Of course they know about the corruption, but it’s been the status quo their whole life, and they don’t believe it will ever change. Once in a lifetime, someone like Trump comes along and fans a little flame of hope, but they don’t count on him being able to change anything. They’re happy with a few good years, but won’t be shocked when the next one voted in is just as bad as they’ve always been.
As far as evil around the world, well they just don’t care enough to believe or disbelieve. 40,000 foot view? Never. Why should they care anyway, if it doesn’t affect their little world?
This is exactly why it’s important that we are here and learning everything that’s really going on. They will need some serious guidance when the true evil is exposed. Be patient with them, and love them, and guide them when it’s time.
