My objection to that would be the lack of direct communication that is provided to the country as a whole. I've watched everyone for decades. Gives you a big clue as to what each member is thinking as well as a direct from POTUS to the nation.
Depends on what evidence they have, how it was originally gathered. It must be evidence admissible in court or the case is thrown out. Case in point…FISA gathered wrong. Nothing in Mueller investigation having to do with that FISA should be admissible evidence.
