I think I’ve solved exactly what happened to Bre Payton.
She was murdered. This murder was ordered by none other than Robert Mueller as retaliation for releasing that damning story about him.
How did he carry out this murder plan? This is where my academic training comes in.

I believe that the murder weapon was a weaponized cocktail of H1N1 and meningitis.
Keep in mind, BOTH influenza and meningitis can EASILY be weaponized. This was most likely a short ranged aerosolized attack that targeted Bre.
