Fox News just reported on a Navy Seal being arraigned today for premeditated murder of ISIS. The seal's brother said it involved an attempt to save the isis fighter's life after he was fatally injured and the sole survivor in an attack. The seal wanted to be able to interrogate him. The brother claims the two other seals assisting had been previously reprimanded by his brother and they made false claims against him months later after returning to US as a way to overcome their reprimands.

As much as I support our military, I know their are some inside that sabotage. This could be one of those situations.

His age is completely irrelevant so highlighting it is meant to tug on heart strings. Any time I see an attempt to prioritize an emotional response it believe the facts are not on their side.

I40 is one of the most used routes to cross the Mississippi river and runs through Little Rock. They could have been transporting equipment into Ar. in preparation of martial Law. Blocking off the river and protecting the bridge would be important
