Putting the last ten years in a broader perspective:

1. They tried to destroy the financial health of our country (still trying to justify sending money to other countries)

2. They tried to convince of that we are guilty of all the problems of the world (black vs. white, Christian vs. Muslim etc.)

3. They tried to shame us for being born white (something that is biological and not by choice which does not have anything to do with a person's character or standing in American society anymore)

4. They tried to demonize those who hold the sanctity of life as oppressors of women's rights to abort their babies (not a constitutional right to abort a pregnancy its a personal choice)

5. They tried to convince us the gender is not biological (it is) and that its up to a person to state what they are - outcome to be determined.

6. They tried to convince us that we are heartless and racist if we don't allow illegal immigrants to flood our borders (no nation on earth allows this).

7. They tried to force us to pay for everyone's healthcare but made themselves exempt from the very legislation they were pushing on us.

8. THey may have put a non-citizen in the oval office (until declas jury still out on Obama's birth certificate).

9. They think we are stupid we have proven through voting Trump into office we see what they have tried to do.

Presently:

We have representatives whose main objective is to impeach Trump on "high crimes and misdemeanors" with no proof of such.

We have new jr. reps telling their base their main objective is to "Impeach the motherfucker".

We have the new dem controlled congress convene after 4 hours and leave for the weekend.

What are they up to? Will be interesting to see what happens today with POTUS and what they come up with next. session.
