It looks like she owns a lot of rental properties. It shows her address there because when a tenet is kicked out or moves out, the electricity get switched into her name so the maintenance crew can repair damage. Then when its ready the new tenets switch it to their name.

But it does seem strange that it shows her living in multiple place for longer than it should take to make repairs.

My guess is that she had illegals living there and she kept the electricity in her name. Or the renters were hiding from someone
