Circumcision does no harm to a person, many studies actually find it superior to being uncircumsized. Female Genital Mutilation on the other hand, permanently removes any opportunity to experience the God created pleasure of sex in marriage. The penalty should be of the utmost severity for depriving another person of this human right.
