I’ll believe Special Counsel Robert Mueller is a black hat when I see him in jail for life.
Until then, I’m hoping and believe he is a white hat.
His Fall 2016 trip to a Mexico City global media conference with the DOJ/NSD and FBI apparently in tow is the key.
They may have been there for up to two weeks meeting with GHWBs representative James Baker, the Mexican president and CEOs of the world’s news and media conglomerates.
It still looks like more like a white hat op to me.

I want to lay out my case for who really sent him in a few drops but provide the counter arguments too because it is no George Tenet slam dunk.
Q has said bluntly that Mueller is a black hat recently after the report was completed. Prior to that he was coy about it in every post. I think the coy tone was the tell.
Q has also said disinformation is sometimes necessary.
I wonder if for the plan to work whether Mueller has to look like a black hat?
If he never goes to prison and Trump continues to call him honorable, it answers itself.
