So Wikipedia has a government org. Hart of the Sinaloa Cartel, which numerous published articles describe as both managed by the Mexican government, Carlos Salinas, other Mexican presidents and rogue elements of the CIA.

That org chart shows MS-13 as contracted hitmen for the Sinaloa Cartel, which is El Chapo’s cartel.

MS-13 is an Salvadoran gang, with deep roots in the US now. It began in around 1984 during the El Salvadoran civil war, which is also when Mitt Romney began raising capital from Salvadoran oligarch ex-pats living in Miami for a new company he was calling Bain Capital.

What’s most interesting though, is if you assume GHWB was first Gitmo’d in Oct-Nov 2017 (with Hillary and the others) and then sentenced to death by a military tribunal in Oct-Nov 2017, a couple of things line up on the timeline.

One, the entire Bush family lost their minds publicly complaining about Trump and implying he was an illegitimate president in Oct-Nov of both years.

And, then Attorney General Jeff Sessions loudly announces new waves of sweeps and arrests of MS-13 gang members and Sinaloa Cartel members inside the US.

So then back to that org chart. If the Sinaloa Cartel and MS-13 are really managed to a degree by both the Mexican Government (that meant Carlos Salinas pre-Dec 2018) and rogue elements of CIA (presumably GHWB pre-Nov 2018), then you might take pause seeing so many Salinas associates, the president of Mexico, GHWB’s representative Jim Baker and a short bus full of Obama DOJ/DHD/FBI officials decamping at the Mexican presidents home in Mexico City with Robert Mueller in tow only seven days after Trump’s election in 2016. All signs were it was a little rushed.
