Group of Mexican Senators Tout 'Tell Them to Vote' Campaign in US Election

Associated Press - October 5, 2016

Mexican senators are backing a "Diles Que Voten" (Tell Them to Vote) campaign that encourages Mexicans to urge relatives living in the U.S. to vote in the November election.

Sen. Gabriela Cuevas says she will push for the full Senate to back the campaign, which includes videos that call on Mexican-Americans in the U.S. to register to vote. Speaking Tuesday, Cuevas said that "I think this is something that can unify all the political parties."

An estimated 12 million people of Mexican descent live in the United States.

While Cuevas didn't mention Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump by name, she said the campaign is important to discourage any "campaign of hate against Mexicans."

Trump angered most Mexicans by characterizing some Mexican migrants as criminals, drug dealers and rapists.

How to Influence a U.S. Election from Foreign Countries & Win Awards in 5 Easy Steps:

  1. Start a "non-profit" to "encourage democratic ideals" through viral ad campaigns.

  1. Get the best advertising & internet marketing talent in 5-6 countries to "donate their time".

  1. Encourage wealthy corporate clients who are down for the cause to hire you for a job that takes 8 hours and allows you to bill for 80. Repeat in each country as much as necessary to fund the entire operation including travel costs.

  1. Create facebook ads that have a "target audience" of your own countries' citizens but that encourage them to apply peer pressure on friends & family that live in the U.S. to "vote". Make no direct reference that those people living in the U.S. have to be U.S. citizens.

  1. Schedule a press conference in D.C. Use your corporate connections to ensure that the AP, other MSM is in attendance. Make repeated claims that you are a "non-profit" & "non-partisan" and make multiple references to "democracy", but make 1-2 (not so) subtle derogatory remarks about 1 particular candidate to give the wink, wink, nod, nod.
