I just ran across this and thought - This shutdown chess move by POTUS is part of the plan not only because of border security and Dems acting in bad conscience but also by revealing to normies that there is so much to government that really isn't needed. I'm sure we'll see even more in this chapter too, but the man is really checking a lot of serious boxes right now.
