A few things strike me as I read the 2 docs that Q wanted us to review.

  1. These docs only discussed the use of media et al for intelligence gathering, not propaganda dissemination. The latter is important but mockingbird details won’t be found here. This is an important distinction.

  2. Historical levels of relationships were outlined, intelligence for regular payments, irregular payments, or no compensation, with a goal to not use paid informants.

  3. If it was necessary to override this policy(?) law(?) there should be oversight by the House and President (see pics) – this may be an important point.

  4. The policy or law may be rendered moot by the advances in technology. We are unwitting gatherers and disseminators of information, either through social media or our phones and internet connected devices. There is hardly a need to ask anyone for information when there is an ability to listen to conversations and examine video and photos.

Does it require Presidential approval or House oversight to collect intelligence via the press, clergy, or peace corp through their social media and internet connected devices?
