CURRENT case of CIA saying they have the right to give classified info to journalists.

Independent journalist got emails from CIA to "select" journalists through FOIA. Info in the emails was redacted, showing classified info was given to the select journalists. He sued. So far the judge has sided with the investigative journalist. The "select" journalists were probably the contractors in the SCIF so many moons ago.
