I could not agree more.

There is a practice baking area, a board created and set aside just for bakers to practice baking so they don't clutter the board.

As you've stated baking isn't magic, it is fairly easy. There is a small time pressure to get a fresh loaf produced at the correct time, neither too early nor too late.

The biggest duty of a baker is to keep the bread fresh with tasty postings from prior breads and to slowly prune the past as it's archived so the bread us current and fresh.

I realize these are somewhat nebulous goals, but we all recognize it when it happens and when it doesn't.

however I think just plain baker is better

I totally understand why an anon might want to use that trip.

I'm of the school that names have power, not naming them and ignoring them are powerful weapons.

I name names when it's necessary and the rest of the time I just ignore

Ignoring someone removes much of their power
