I studied with the JWs for about 8 mo. They probably wouldn't report right away. They would give them a chance to repent and gain fellowship back. They SHOULD, as they know, eventually turn them in because one must follow all the laws of man UNLESS they go against Gods law. They do try to follow the bible word for word on most things. Somethings, they are way off.

A butterfly isn't automatically a symbol for anything. Schools teach about them. That doesn't mean MKultra is automatically there.
You'd have to hang around them and go to a few conventions and you'd see.The hall that I went to in Fallon Nv, was not anything like this vid.
It was actually the most friendly, warm, inviting atmosphere I've ever been in in a church setting. They all wear suits but don't judge you if you come in in your work clothes. They announce once a month how much is in the bank. They don't pay preachers or anyone out of church funds. The elders take turns leading the meeting. They WILL dis fellowship people they know who are in sin and continue. They welcome them right back with open arms when they stop. Seen it twice. Worrying about income is one of the last things they worry about. You give at the back of the hall 100% anonymously. No joke.
There are plenty of kids and young adults around. They were all over the last convention I went to. This dude in the vid literally ONLY has the butterfly. ffs. Doctrine he doesn't agree with but that is no indication of mind control.
Out of most christian denominations, they catch the most grief, while dealing the least amount of grief to anyone. Dude in the vid has a chip on his shoulder.
It is probably only 4-8% accurate and 0% on the MKultra angle.
They do have a problem with the Trinity. They think the creation week took 6 thousand years and many hate their blood thing/holiday thing but it is completely backed up by the bible. Blood is absolutely sacred to God. They have made the most advances in treatment of some diseases by eliminating transfusions.
On top of that they are more responsible for the religious freedom to spread the word world wide than any other denomination. Won the most court cases over it.
They have their problems but they are not twisted or evil or any of that. Maybe places other than Nv and Ca are different.
Just read the PDF. I didn't see any mention of how many adults or kids involved. It is entirely possibly this is only one kingdom hall or just a few.
No church is 100% perfect or safe. Because of their practices they generally stay the most scandal free out of all denominations.
This could be like finding a few bad cops and projecting that all cops are bad.
