On the Origin and Contents of "The Plan"

While searching for information on Planet X, I ran across this David Wilcock video that was apparently mislabeled. I'm not sure if the low viewer count is due to his varying popularity or the mislabeling, but it really threw me for a loop when I realized it was David's interview with a man going by the name of "Drake" who was actually allowed to read the 5-inch thick binder containing this plan in its early stages back in 1979. Many people think David is a loose nut. Try to ignore that and focus on his guest–Drake. Some of the things I heard were very interesting. Here's a few:

• Drake mentions layer #1 of the "onion" being the take-down of the first cabal family–including arrests that took place.

• The entire take-down in the U.S. will occur over a 72 hour period (depending on unforseen difficulties, that is).

• Not a single mention of Planet X–this was truly mislabeled.

• Though I can't yet find the date this interview took place, the conversation seems to place it in mid to late 2018.
