TSA is more of a threat to the passengers and their luggage then the supposed terrorists lurking around every corner.
It could be shut down and other methods of screening that are less invasive but more efficient could replace it for much less then the billions upon billions of dollars that are currently being washed down the drain.
Q puts it at about 70% corrupt. I'd say that's most in my book.
