Remember on Cops, TV show, how they used to get people with warrants to appear? They'd send them info that they won a free TV or vacation. The idiots come down to claim the prize and Boom, they are arrested on an outstanding warrant… this could be awesome to get the treasonous media into their lair, never to be seen again.
