Doesn't mean everyone who works with these institutions is bad or a pedo, but statistically we will find a much higher percentage of pedos associated with places where there's easy pickin's.

As a youngster I heard a vague rumor that a youth pastor was dismissed for doing something inappropriate. I personally witnessed him "grooming" folks in a youth retreat … opening them up emotionally prior to doing whatever. Never saw the whatever.
Another individual I had a professional association with, I later learned that he, in one of those capacities lisetd above, had served time for a multi-year sexual relationship with an underage female.
