These tweets look significant, and with the 1 minute delta and the weather report, seems like a message. I took a quick look at the Qclock dates and 01/02 lines up with the 1 min. marker. There were no drops, but I think it may be a case of news unlocks. I still need to check drops for the other dates. Drops 754 and 755 are full of military comms, so could be something to dig there.
