REQUESTING DIG FROM LAWFAGS

I posted a theory about POTUS/Q wanting the dip shit D's to impeach DJT, which (I think) would allow the good guys to introduce ALL the damning evidence into our judicial system (Senate) right in front of all of our prying eyes.

One lawfag said a friend of his/hers is a specialist in legislative law and suggested I may be right. The expert also suggested we dig into Congressional House rules for the evidentiary process.

Can any of you educated Anons help me out on this one?

I'm willing, in real life, to start reaching out to some of my business associates on this issue. I know several attorneys, but they tend to specialized in I.P. and corporate law.

Can you please tell me what sort of open-ended questions I should be asking to either get them digging correctly and/or how to ask for a referral to a legislative specialist?? Thanks in advance.
