What if Mueller's primary purpose/function has been exactly as Q said, but the conventional interpretation of that purpose was totally wrong?
i.e., what if Mueller has been blockading information about deep-state crimes so that deep-state criminals would get fair trials and (importantly) so that they wouldn't have grounds to appeal their convictions based on "my jury was tainted/biased by leaked info"?
