Theory on the 'schedule'

Wouldn't there be multiple schedules?

Think planning.

If you have a goal, you set a deadline.

Then you build a map.

Along your path you will come across waypoints [markers] where you pause for a moment, gather your bearing and evaluate your progress.

Often times you will encounter obstacles which will adjust your scheduling and, possibly, your entire timeline.

Either way, you assign a deadline to reach waypoint.

So you have your goal or end game and you give yourself a time table to accomplish.

You map it out plot points of achievement which also have thier own time table.

Obviously, there is more than one goal here as each set of operators have thier own.

I reckon you could do:

> 1 year

> 6 months

> 3 months

As the news unlocks the map, you can work backwards per se and use the news to assign different Q posts to different categories and ultimately, time tables.

Once we determine the pattern to the posts and learn the timelines, we can apply the map to the post and discern truth from misinformation as well as quasi predict the future (not in a miss cleo fashion)

Using this, we could also single pr the actors according to news articles and timelines.
