New Behavior

Unknown/Unassigned Country aircraft all over Los Angeles.

They appear to be light-weight piston engine observation helicopters based on their flight characteristics.

They are appearing/disappearing pretty often and operate alongside LAPD helicopters often over the last couple days. Today is the first time I've seen them operate without LAPD.

Are they coordinating take downs in neighborhoods now? Any scannerfags picking up anything?
