First we build our base, collect together the numbers of us that are out there. We meet, we talk, maybe we do some small gatherings over locals issues. As I mentioned in a previous bread, local Meet-Ups might be a good way to start. And someone mentioned maybe having friends work on making the Meet-Up page template. Again, I also mentioned the idea of started a dedicated thread to bounce around ideas.
