This is real tin-foil-y, but figured I'd throw it out for some potential autism.

Earlier, an anon posted something about ELF Waves being related to Mind Kontrol. If it is a real thing, MK Ultra plus big tech, mayhaps there were ELF broadcasters outside of America's largest cities, like LA & NY?

Would explain the DEW conspiracy theories re: the LA fires, as well as the Con Ed blue light explosion mayhaps. I've noticed New Yorkers being a little more lucid these last few days, but could just be me sperging.
