My grandparents were educators. They are still alive now, 85-90 years old. He was the original shop teacher at their school, and she was a 1st-2nd grade teacher.

They started teaching in 1950-1953 or so… he is a Mason, possibly 33rd degree. She only taught maybe 5-10 years, he taught 30-40. Iowa.

I have another set of family friends, married for 60 years, salt of the earth farmers, had their kids in the 1960's, only had I think 2 kids.
