The Sheriff can arrest the judge if proven to be a traitor (agent of the crown, which they all are) or if they're colluding with the prosecutor/defendant to sway the outcome. The "State" is the entity used to come after you under the UCC codes, its not Common Law courts anymore. You submit your consent unknowingly, to them you're a ghost and the lawyer represents your soul. Hence, a 'summons', you can only summon the dead.
Literally, when summoned to a courtroom they have to technically be on a body of water to legally do any of this. Its an Admiralty Court and the Judge is death in black robes, you are a soul lost at sea, the prosecutor "one who stands in others skin". It's all a game that we unknowingly play/consent to. They use duress and threats to force you to play.
