With respect to Q's "Watch the Water" post, I noticed this the other day, but forgot to post about it. There seems to be(unless I am misreading the 'anchor' symbol) a ship anchored in Gitmo Bay. Could that be one of those prison barges I've been reading about that the Coast Guard has been operating?
