I think the repeated video posting has multiple levels to it.

On the surface level, it's a reminder to Anons & puts fear in the enemy.

On a deeper level, I think it's important that their intentions were disclosed to the whole world up front. There was no deception involved. America used free will to elect Trump.

On clocks, if the second hand is on the 12, then the minute hand is directly over a number.
