Perhaps "Better luck with the next dog, efag" would have made the difference clearer to you.
This is actually a brilliant interpretation of the clock with the watch now included.
I.e. referencing the placing of the pen in comparison to the watch to find relevant posts/dates, forthcoming etc. on the clock.
