My theory…

There will be a huge amount of attention and engagement by normies on the fake news awards. This gives us a huge potential audience.

All side by side graphics show to normies that Q is real and has prior knowledge of events.

This is designed to give Q credibility, and from this credibility everything else is built.

Memes (side by side graphics) that show Q knows about Defcon 1 / BDT before it happened (proof) gives credibility to the rest of Q posts on corruption/pedo/cult.

This first meme strike on fake news day is to deliver PROOF to normies… Once they accept this truth, they will be more likely to accept the harder to swallow stuff at a later stage.
