My prediction is, as more information is known about the girl's Mom, there will information released to the effect that she was targeted, for either the usual gang war over drug dealing turf, or she ripped someone off. Why did the other daughter Alexis, blatantly lie and say it was a white man with blue eyes who did the shooting? Knows Mom is up to some fuckery that caused the shooting, or didn't want to admit that it's another black on black shooting?
