Something just came to mind when reading this post. I've not been watching or caring about clockfaggieg.
Is the understanding that we?:
ENCODE
(1) take time code from all tweets, movie quotes, hash related books
(2) Mark them on the clock, taking special note of capitalized or missing letters (cap or missing part of code as well)
DECODE
(1) collect signals (pic of watch, time somewhere, numbers maybe?)
(2) use clock to build message
If that's not known, I think it's something important.
