The answer to why the Access is spelled incorrectly is the same as why DECLAS is spelled wrong - purposefully using 6 letters is a code to say "bad guys" - i.e. DECLAS of what bad guys do - or bad guys are the ones behind 2.2 million ACCESS thus causing failure of site. : )
