There are old drops re the Posse Comitatus Act and the NG. Q brought this up again right after his post about Antifa. He is reminding us that this is how POTUS intends to round them all up when the hammer drops and Hussein's shadow government sends the Antifa thugs into the streets to wreak havoc. Whenever the President considers that unlawful obstructions, assemblages, or rebellion make it impracticable to enforce the laws of the United States in any state or territory, he may call into Federal service such of the militia of any state. This is another statutory exception to the PCA.

The President, by using the militia or the armed forces, or both, or by any other means, shall take such measures as he considers necessary to suppress, in a state, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy.

It makes sense that POTUS would use the NG for this rather than depend on local police. The mayors who control police are mostly traitorous liberals or RINOs. They would tell the cops to stand down—as they typically do with terrorist groups like Antifa and Black Lives Matter. Many, many incidents of them standing by and doing nothing while Antifa thugs violently attack Trump supporters. This is the chaos that the D's want so they can use police against the people…just like in Europe. Some of those dirty cops are gonna need to get rounded up too.
These coming tribunals are real. Remember those weird-ass questions from Lindsey Graham during the Kavenaugh hearings? The D's know what's coming too. The panic will escalate in time.
