That shithead did a lot of things to make it look like our government was transparent and working for us but never enforced/deliberately ignored.
Remember him passing FOIA updates about it being against the law to withhold data that would embarrass an agency or hide criminal activity? Looked good on paper but worthless unless you enforce.
Also, how did he define “terrorists?” Loosely enough that any outspoken patriot could be labeled as one?
