Integrity Initiative "defends" democracy with a military intelligence junta, but that's okay because it's really a charity.
Retired General Sir Richard Barrons MOD sought a “tougher stance in government policy towards Russia” which would be a major revision of the MOD’s apolitical role in UK constitutional law. He communicated this secretly to Integrity Initiative that he wanted the military to be politically independent of Parliament and politically influential in setting policy. In its request for funding Integrity Initiative promised the MOD performance indicators which would lead to a more anti-Russian policy and more domestic UK stories critical of Russia. The Land Intelligence Fusion Center handles MOD payments to the Integrity Initiative which proves that it's a military intelligence operation. MOD is clearly attempting to influence domestic British politics which is a violation of the legal framework that enshrines civilian control of the military.
