If I had to say, I'd say that with the billions collected so far on tariffs of Chinese goods, China is the country that will be paying for the wall. Rich.
Boomers know that was all the rage back then. Had to figure-8 the drive belt on my Sears Silvertone record player to do it. Doubt if the Beatles intended a reverse-played message in those songs, but it helped sell records.
