Story of lung surgery was botched - she was on the bench and made the ruling at the same time. Bad guys screwed this up.
Bad guys are panic'd and trying to cover as hard as they can with almost no information.
Tomorrow RBG is due to be present (Jan. 7 oral presentation.)
Clock is ticking until tomorrow when their story falls apart.
