How about being of sound mind? There were rumors after the latest immigration decision that RBG voted online, and the question was out there whether it was a staffer that actually cast the vote.
Say she has dementia, is incapacitated, in a coma, etc., how can she resign? Is there a procedure for ending a judgeship under such circumstances? What about other judges who know what's really going on?
