If I had the know-how and talent to meme I would try something that highlights the difference between dems and gop in wall/border activity facts and needs

GOP sources - frontline (hands-on) border agents, homeland security, other country case examples of wall effectiveness, etc

Dem sources - everyone knows walls don't work, border traffic numbers are wrong - sources????????

I would also stress the physical barrier as lasting not easily removed or hacked or turned off or reduced as in staff and equipment.
