From this humble anons perspective, a clean majority could happen one of two ways:

To guarantee a solid SC decision on military tribunals, diligent patriots would want a buffer. I'm thinking Q team qualifies as diligent patriot. (kek). Thus, I think both must be out for a guaranteed majority decision on capitol(or other) offenses being tried by tribunal.

Considering it takes ~3Mos to get a SC appointment, I'm thinking we could be waiting a bit before we see arrests.
