Spying on govt. officials in order to control them via blackmail is not a new thing.

It seems the ChIA pets decided to engage in their own highly illegal surveillance of Americans. Being that that particular agency is PROHIBITED from operating on US soil I imagine the offenders punishment will be DEADLY… hopefully.
