TV alert (just a "special report" on a comped network?)

OR

EAS breakins with info on the stations and how to find them.

AT THE SAME TIME THE COMPED NETWORKS ARE all still up and "reporting" KEK With all the famous talking heads, now shilling stuff that has been unsealed ! revealed !
