Regarding model on the left…
Throw a ball (string tied to it) over the top. Reach through with a pole and a hook on the end. Pull string back through and hang onto it. Tie 1/2” wire cable to the end of the string that’s on what’s left over on the spool. Pull the string until the cable goes over the wall and keep going until you have both ends of the cable. Attach clasp around near side of cable. Shinny right up the wall. At top, pull cable over and shinny down. Done in about 3 minutes.
