Hmmm, US must have gotten some below market value steel for the US/Mex border fencing. Two US steel came back on line not long into POTUS inauguration (Crap steel from China sold to Mexico and Canada needed to to be refined to US grade).
POTUS makes a border fence inspection, unskilled labor jumps to record breaking status and two more steel plants come on line again.
November 2018 Santa fe and Union Pacific have been hauling covered cargo on freight cars heading southwest during late night to early morning hours.
Fence is costing far less than expected (who ate the cost) and is ready for installation. Thats the result of having a builder as a President!
