I think it was pretty clear their goal was money and power, and what you think he thought only pertained to one aspect of an example of how they work. initiation: spit on the cross, for example. person does it? They say "we knew we could count on you" and that person stays low level forever. Person doesn't do it? They say "we knew we can count on you" and that person ascends because he knows THEIR truth: that religion, TO THEM is nothing more than a way to control people.
I'm pretty sure that's the crux and extent of his discussions on it, no?
Regardless….their ultimate goal is enlightment (openly) and power and control covertly. I don't see how anyone could not get that.
