Several nations have been involved in chimera research over the last several decades already. During Obama's time in The White House he signed into law that our tax dollars would begin to be used for chimera research. All tax-paying Americans have been funding chimeras. Abomination. And it wasn't a secret. People just chose to be ignorant and distracted. As they did with most of it. All out in the open. But ignored by the masses.
